TAP Warranty Coverage. TAP includes the extended warranty coverage described in the current hardware warranty. TAP warranty coverage starts at the beginning of the TAP Term and continues as long as the Agency continues to pay the required annual fees for TAP. The Agency may not have both an optional extended warranty and TAP on the Axon camera/Dock product. TAP for the Axon camera products also includes free replacement of the Axon flex controller battery and Axon body battery during the TAP Term for any failure that is not specifically excluded from the Hardware Warranty.

  • Warranty Coverage The warranty on work and materials commences on your date of possession and provides up to a maximum of $300,000 in coverage. There are limitations on scope and duration as follows. And the protection provided by Tarion is also limited.   • How Long Does Warranty Coverage Last? The warranty lasts for a period up to 5 YEARS after the instal- lation date. This warranty period does not continue after the unit is re- moved from the location where it was originally installed. The replacement of a part under this warranty does not extend the warranty period. In other words, Daikin warrants a replacement part only for the period remaining in the war- ranty term that commenced on the installation date. What Xxxx Xxxxxx Do To Correct Problems?   • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:

  • Property Coverage 8.25.6.1 Subrecipient who is given exclusive use of County owned or leased property shall carry property coverage at least as broad as that provided by the ISO special causes of loss (ISO policy form CP 10 30). County and its Agents shall be named as an Additional Insured and Loss Payee on Subrecipient's insurance as its interests may appear. Automobiles and mobile equipment shall be insured for their actual cash value. Real property and all other personal property shall be insured for their full replacement value.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.

  • Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, - including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Application of Excess Liability Coverage Contractors may use a combination of primary, and excess insurance policies which provide coverage as broad as (“follow form” over) the underlying primary policies, to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions.

  • Primary Coverage All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall apply on a primary and not on an excess or contributing basis as to any other insurance that may be available to OGS or any Authorized User for any claim arising from a Contractor’s work under any Contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, or as a result of a Vendor or Contractor’s activities. Any other insurance maintained by OGS or any Authorized User shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Vendor/Contractor’s insurance.
