TAP Term Clause Samples
The TAP Term clause defines the duration for which the Technology Access Program (TAP) remains in effect under the agreement. It specifies the start and end dates of the TAP, or the conditions under which the TAP may be extended or terminated. For example, it may state that the TAP will last for a fixed number of years or until a particular milestone is achieved. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the timeframe for access to the technology, thereby preventing disputes over the period of participation and setting expectations for program involvement.
TAP Term. TAP Term start date is based upon the shipment date of the hardware covered under TAP.
