SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SUPPORT. The Contractor shall provide traceability of CRs through design, development, test, and deployment of system updates. The Contractor shall provide recommendations, including analysis and technical risk assessment for all system incidents, problems, updates, and changes. The Contractor shall maintain the existing solution architecture (logical, physical, and network topology) and system diagrams. As changes occur, the Contractor shall provide updates to system diagrams and architectural drawings to reflect changes to the baseline architecture to maintain the integrity of the technical solution. The Contractor shall identify and manage technical risks, work with the Government to capture and quantify the potential impact of the risk, assist in defining mitigation approaches, and participate in risk reviews. The Contractor shall support data calls and data extracts required for cybersecurity certifications.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SUPPORT. The contractor shall provide technical and engineering support to assist in the development of various communications systems, to include performing systems engineering analyses to refine existing, and to develop new systems concepts required to allow the successful development, integration and test of hardware and software items. The contractor shall address engineering and operational issues such as nuclear survivability/vulnerability (S/V) and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E(3)) to meet future threats, supportability and sustainability issues, and operational issues to meet Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC), as well as interface and interoperability issues.   • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
