Common use of Suspension without Cause Clause in Contracts

Suspension without Cause. 25.1.1 The Corporation shall have the right, without cause, at any time to require the Contractor to suspend the Work (or part thereof) under this Contract on giving notice to the Contractor. Such notice shall include an estimate of the duration of the period of suspension (the “Suspension Period”). The Work (or relevant part thereof) shall resume at the end of the Suspension Period or at such other date as the Corporation may by notice in writing to the Contractor specify.
