Suspension Due to Default. 18.2.1 If the Service Provider is in breach of any of its obligations under this Contract (including, without limitation, any breach Services STCs, Version 4.0 (July 2020) Page 14 of 21 of provisions/policies relating to health safety and environment), the Company shall, subject to Clause 18.2.2, be entitled to immediately suspend the Services by written notice to the Service Provider until such time as such breach has been remedied by the Service Provider, in which case no rates or other amounts shall be payable to the Service Provider in respect of such period of suspension.

  • Termination due to Force Majeure 13.5.1 If the Force Majeure Event or its effects continue to be present beyond the period as specified in Article 4.5.3, either Party shall have the right to cause termination of the Agreement. In such an event, this Agreement shall terminate on the date of such Termination Notice.
