Language of the Agreement. The language of this Agreement shall be English and the parties hereby waive, and agree that this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding any requirement that it be written in or translated into any language other than English. If, for any reason, this Agreement is translated into a language other than English, the English language version shall be controlling for all purposes.

Perpetual Licences Addendum – Annexe aux licences perpétuelles THIS ADDENDUM to the AVEPOINT MASTER SOFTWARE LICENCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (the “Perpetual Li- cences Addendum”), is made and entered into by and be- tween AvePoint Deutschland GmbH dba AvePoint France (“AvePoint”) and the Customer (“Customer”), as defined in the attached main part of the AvePoint Master Software Li- cence and Support Agreement (for the purposes of this Sup- port Addendum the “Agreement”). The terms and condi- tions of this Perpetual Licences Addendum shall be applica- ble to any Licenced Property that is provided by AvePoint under a perpetual Licence. Any defined term used herein which is not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. Language of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the English language and all correspondence, reports, specifications, bills of quantities and drawings shall be in English. All measurements shall be expressed in the metric system.

Where you have been provided with a version of this Electronic Access Agreement which is in a language other than the English language, the original English version shall be the only legally binding version for you and us.
