Survivor. Any provisions of the contract that impose continuing obligations on the parties including, but not limited to, the CMHSP's indemnity and other obligations, shall survive the expiration or cancellation of this contract for any reason.
Survivor. The surviving spouse, designated eligible individual or estate of any faculty member who dies shall be paid4 for all annual leave up to a maximum of two hundred (200) hours.
Survivor. Provisions of this Agreement which by their terms must survive the termination of this Agreement in order to effectuate the intent of the parties will survive any such termination, whether by expiration of the Term, termination of Employee’s employment, or otherwise, for such period as may be appropriate under the circumstances. Such provisions include, without limitation, Section 7, 8, 10 and 11 of this Agreement.
Survivor. A dependent of a deceased vested active employee, terminated vested subscriber, vested long-term disability sub- xxxxxxx, or retiree of a public entity with a retirement system.
Survivor. With an Annuity based on the lives of an Annuitant and Joint Annuitant, the individual who is not the first to die.
Survivor. Survivor" shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1 of this Agreement. (Survivor is the same corporate entity as Merger Corp., but the term "Survivor" is intended to be used primarily to designate the entity as the surviving corporation in the Merger.)
Survivor. The provisions of paragraph 14, Licensee's obligation to make payment under paragraphs 5 and 6 and paragraph 17 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
