Survival of Confidentiality Obligations and Return. The obligations of confidentiality and non-use in this Agreement shall survive for a period of three (3) years after the termination or expiration of the Agreement. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement and at the written request of Disclosing Party, Receiving Party shall return all Confidential Information in tangible form, including any and all copies thereof, except one (1) copy of such Confidential Information, solely to determine the scope of its obligations hereunder save that in either case such retained Confidential Information shall be retained on a confidential basis.

Při ukončení nebo uplynutí platnosti Smlouvy a na písemnou žádost CRO nebo Zadavatele vrátí Zdravotnické zařízení CRO veškeré Důvěrné informace ve fyzické podobě, včetně všech jejich kopií, s výjimkou Důvěrných informací, které si musí ponechat v souladu s požadavky: (i) příslušného práva, (ii) právního oddělení nebo právního zástupce Zdravotnického zařízení, kteří si mohou ponechat jednu (1) kopii těchto Důvěrných informací výhradně za účelem stanovení rozsahu povinností Zdravotnického zařízení podle této Smlouvy; pod podmínkou, že v obou případech bude zachována důvěrnost těchto ponechaných Důvěrných informací.

  • Survival of Confidentiality Obligations The Parties’ rights and obligations under this Section 10 shall survive and continue in effect until two (2) years after the expiration or termination date of this Agreement with regard to all Information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
