Common use of Survival of Certain Contract Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Contract Terms. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of this Agreement and the exhibits and attachments hereto which may require continued performance or compliance beyond the termination date of the Agreement will survive the termination date and will be enforceable by the City as provided herein. The Period of Affordability for this project is 20 years; during which time Sub-recipient, Inc. agrees to monitor and report on the project as required by the FY 200 edition of the CDBG/NSP Program Administration Manual, a copy of which has been provided to Sub- recipient, Inc. and by this reference is a part of this Agreement.
