SURVEYS FOR PROJECT DESIGN. DIGITAL FORMAT Provide survey data in digital format (on a compact disk or DVD) unless the DEPARTMENT specifies otherwise. At a minimum, the digitized data should include the following: AutoDesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 (C3D) or the most current release used by the DEPARTMENT, to include, but not limited to the following: Existing Surface drawing file (DWG)- Shall be built using normal data types as defined using any of the following; survey figures, survey points, cogo points, feature lines, and outer boundaries. The drawing shall contain surfaces that represent the invert of the stream, low chords of obstructions, high chords of obstructions and a combined surface representing the existing ground conditions. The supplied surface shall not use POINT or LINE edits. The surface style will display the contours as intended by the data collected in the field. Additional definition is provided below to further define the various data types. Point groups - Shall be C3D 2014 (or the most current release used by the DEPARTMENT) survey points sorted and added to the surface using point groups. Breaklines (faults) - Shall be 3D survey figures or feature lines that accurately depict the features that they represent (edges of pavement, sharp breaks in slope, vertical and near-vertical walls, cliffs, edges of stream, etc.) at their respective elevation. Boundaries – outer boundaries shall be used to correctly limit the underlying TIN created by the C3D surface. No HIDE boundaries are to be used to limit contours within the surface. A surface mask shall be used instead. All data to define the surface must reside in the DWG file containing the surface including Survey database content (survey points and figures). Multiple surface features shall be used to create the composite Final existing ground surface Existing features DWG – Shall be defined by the existing features observed. This shall include but not be limited to curb lines, edge of pavement, edges of sidewalk, top of stream bank, bottom of stream bank, area limits of vegetation, utility poles, etc. These features can either be 2D or 3D in nature. The CBT plotting file shall also be provided to the DEPARTMENT. CADD Standards and Layer Nomenclature - Shall be National CADD Standards and Layer. Conventions or shall be consistent with layer and symbol standards used by the DEPARTMENT, which will be provided upon request.   • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
