Survey Report Content and Preparation. A survey report must be submitted for each project that requires survey work. There are four times during the project that a report or modification to the existing report may be needed. Aerial control portion, Project control portion (including how the existing baseline(s) was reestablished), Topographic survey portion Supplemental survey portion. The following format shall be used:

  • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.

  • Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. The billing statement shall indicate if the work has been completed or if the billing is for partial completion of the work. The fixed fee will be paid in proportion to the percentage of work completed per work authorizations.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Regulatory Reports (a) Buyer and each of its Subsidiaries have timely filed (or furnished, as applicable) all forms, filings, registrations, submissions, statements, certifications, returns, information, data, reports and documents, together with any amendments required to be made with respect thereto, that they were required to file (or furnish, as applicable) since January 1, 2020 with any Regulatory Agencies, including any Regulatory Reports, and have paid all fees and assessments due and payable in connection therewith in compliance in all material respects with applicable law. Subject to Section 9.14, except for normal examinations conducted by a Regulatory Agency in the Ordinary Course, no Regulatory Agency has initiated or has pending any proceeding or, to the knowledge of Buyer, investigation into the business or operations of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2020, except where such proceedings or investigations would not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer. All such forms, filings, registrations, submissions, statements, certifications, returns, information, data, reports and documents were true and complete in all material respects and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of any applicable law and of the applicable Regulatory Agency. Subject to Section 9.14, except for normal examinations conducted by a Regulatory Agency in the Ordinary Course, there (i) is no unresolved violation, criticism, or exception by any Regulatory Agency with respect to any report or statement relating to any examinations or inspections of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) are not any unresolved inquiries by or disagreements or disputes with, any Regulatory Agency with respect to the business, operations, policies or procedures of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2020, in each case, which would reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer. Since January 18, 2023, Buyer has been in material compliance with applicable listing and corporate governance rules and regulations of the NYSE.

  • Inspection Reports Copies of the incident inspection reports and related documentation shall be distributed as follows:

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.

  • Inventory Reports Within 15 days after the close of each fiscal month of Customer, a copy of the Inventory Report (as and to the extent applicable, breaking out Inventory by location, and separately reporting any work in process) of Customer as of the end of such fiscal month;

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. • Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in-state expenditures.   • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.
