SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL BENEFITS. The Company will pay for a portion of the following Supplementary Medical Benefits, provided the expenses charged are reasonable and medically necessary as recommended or prescribed by the attending Physician. Supplementary Medical Benefits are extended to employees (and their eligible dependents) who continue active employment with the Company after age sixty-five (65) years of age.
