Supplemental Drawings. If during construction situations arise which require supplemental drawings or details, the Consulting Engineer shall timely provide such supplemental drawings or details at no cost to the City when the supplemental drawings or details are required to correct the Consulting Engineer's negligent errors or omissions or to clarify the Consulting Engineer's intent in the original design and preparation of Contract Documents.
