Supplemental Defined Contribution Plan. If and when it becomes permissible under Compensation Restraint Laws, you will be entitled to participate in the McMaster University Defined Contribution Supplemental Retirement Plan for Specified Employees (“Supplemental Plan”). The University reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the Supplemental Plan, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
