(Unscheduled loss 33 includes illness (I), family emergency (FE), etc.), {3} assessing 34 individual non-compliance with this provision, specifically whether a 1 nurse has not completed and recorded the nurse’s percentage 2 properly for the period of seven (7) worked days specified above, and
