Supervision of Project Execution. For purposes of Articles 6.01, 6.03 and
Supervision of Project Execution. For purposes of Article 7.02 of the General Conditions, the documents that, as of the date of signature of this Contract, have been identified as necessary to supervise progress in the execution of the Project are semi-annual progress reports, which will be prepared by the Borrower in accordance with the CR and submitted to the Bank within sixty (60 days) ofthe end ofeach Semester during Project execution.
Supervision of Project Execution. (a) The Bank shall use the Project execution plan referred to in Article 4.01(d)(i) of the General Conditions as an instrument to supervise Project execution. The Project execution plan shall include a complete planning of the Project, with the critical path of actions to be implemented in order to disburse the resources of the Loan in the Original Disbursement Period.

  • Execution of the Project Section 3.01. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Operation of Project The Participant will maintain, or will cause to be maintained, all of the equipment and improvements implemented through each Project in good working order and will operate and maintain, or will cause to be operated and maintained, such equipment and improvements without any modification for a continuous period of 48 months or until December 31, 2020 whichever is longer (the “Period”) starting on the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the LDC pays the Participant Incentive.

  • Completion of Project The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Technical Description as may be modified from time to time with the approval of the Bank, and complete it by the final date specified therein.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.

  • SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention.   • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:
