SUPERVISION OF THE WORK 6.1 Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using Contractor’s best skill and attention. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and shall coordinate all portions of the Work. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the entire Work.
Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

Education and Specialized Knowledge Preferably secondary school graduation; a good working knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Act and Regulations; a good knowledge of safety rules and regulations as they pertain to the driving and/or operation of the vehicles, equipment and machinery involved; preferably graduation from a defensive driving course and/or a recognized training program in the driving and operation of commercial type vehicle or heavy equipment.

Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project. The TSP shall provide skilled personnel who are experienced in their respective fields.
Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.
