Common use of Superintendent's Duties Clause in Contracts

Superintendent's Duties. The Superintendent is xxxxxx employed as District Superintendent and agrees to satisfactorily perform the duties of District Superintendent as prescribed by the laws of the State of California and the District's job description for the position of Superintendent, if any.
