Common use of Sunday Holidays Clause in Contracts

Sunday Holidays. When any of the above holidays falls on a Sunday, the Monday following shall be observed as the holiday. However, those employees scheduled to work on Sunday at the straight-time rate shall observe that Sunday as a holiday and the following Monday shall not be treated as a holiday.
