Suitable Work. Work that is different from the employee’s regular work and that has been specifically designed or designated to accommodate an employee’s medical restrictions. Any employee who has sustained an occupational or non-occupational illness or injury, that prevents from performing the essential duties of their regular job shall be eligible to participate in this program.
