Common use of Sufficient Resources Clause in Contracts

Sufficient Resources. Throughout the term of this Contract, the AGENCY shall maintain sufficient financial resources to meet the expenses incurred during the period between the provision of Services and payment by the COUNTY. The COUNTY reserves the right to suspend any and all payments or reimbursements to the AGENCY should the AGENCY receive a notice of non-compliance regarding financial or programmatic issues from the COUNTY and the AGENCY fails to comply with such notice within the required timeframe.
