Company Resources. (a) Company will be solely responsible, at Company's expense, for procuring, maintaining, and supporting all third-party software other than Third Party Products and all workstations, personal computers, printers, controllers or other hardware or peripheral equipment at Company's sites ("Company System") required for Company to operate the Licensed System in accordance with the Documentation and specifications provided by BNYM from time to time. BNYM will provide Company with specifications for Company System, including any requirements relating to the connection and operation of the Company System with the Licensed System and Third Party Products. Company shall conform its operating system environment to the operating system requirements provided by BNYM for the Licensed System. Company will support and maintain the Company System as necessary to ensure its operation does not impact the Licensed System adversely or otherwise in a manner not contemplated by the Documentation.
Company Resources. Company Resources. As of the Termination Date, you will no longer represent that you are an officer, director or employee of the Company or any Company affiliate and you will immediately discontinue using the Company mailing address, telephone, facsimile machines, voice mail and e-mail.
Company Resources. Other than incidental personal use, the Employee may not use any Company equipment for personal purposes without written permission from the Company. The Employee may not give access to the Company’s offices or files to any person not in the employ of the Company without written permission of the Company.
Company Resources. Executive may not use any of the Company’s (or any affiliate’s) equipment for personal purposes without written permission from the Company. The Executive may not give access to the Company’s (or any affiliate’s) offices or files to any person not in the employ of the Company without written permission of the Company.
Company Resources. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, or with the prior approval of the Board, the Company shall not pay to or use for the benefit of any Member, funds, assets, credit or other resources of any kind or description of the Company. Funds of the Company shall be deposited only in the accounts of the Company in the Company’s name, shall not be commingled with funds of any Member, and shall be withdrawn only upon such signature or signatures as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Managing Member.
Company Resources. As a matter of convenience, Consultant will have limited use of Company's resources for personal purposes, including long-distance telephone, copy machine, vehicles, staff and such other resources as the parties may agree. Company will reimburse Consultant for the cost of a mobile phone, and shall furnish Consultant a personal computer for office and home use, and such other equipment as the parties may agree in accordance with the Company's usual practice. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement the Consultant may retain the personal computer.
Company Resources. Fees The proposal shall include a fee proposal with the following information in a separate file:
Company Resources. In the event the performance of the Project requires use of resources to be provided by Company, such as materials, devices, equipment, samples, software, intellectual property, or documentation ("Company Resources"), Company shall provide Company Resources in such quantities to allow University to perform the Project. Company hereby grants University a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Company Resources for the sole purpose of performing the Project. All Company Resources shall be used, stored and maintained at University solely with the express written permission of the Project Director and at Company's own risk. Any Company Resource that constitutes Confidential Information shall be protected from disclosure by the University in accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the University assumes no liability for any damage to Company Resources or items of personal property of any kind. Upon completion of the Project or termination of the Agreement, any and all Company Resources not consumed as part of the Project will be returned to the Company, unless the parties otherwise agree. This Agreement shall supersede any prior agreement between the parties related to Company Resources.
Company Resources. 13.1 To ensure the efficient operation of it’s business, the Company provides various resources for use by Employees in the workplace, including but not limited to computers, telephones, facsimile machines, internet, email, photocopiers and stationery.
