Substitution and Death. Members of the Technical Committee may only be substituted in their absence by their respective alternates; provided, that the death, incapacity or resignation of a member of the Technical Committee shall result in the automatic termination of their appointment, and their alternate, if any, shall be the acting member until the Person that appointed such member appoints a new acting member of the Technical Committee and their alternate or ratifies the appointment of the alternate member as the acting member or as an alternate, as the case may be.

  • Creation and Designation There is hereby created a Tranche of Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class A(2018-6) Notes.”

  • Domain and Designation The Top-Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is (the “TLD”). Upon the Effective Date and until the earlier of the expiration of the Term (as defined in Section 4.1) or the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 4, ICANN designates Registry Operator as the registry operator for the TLD, subject to the requirements and necessary approvals for delegation of the TLD and entry into the root-zone.

  • Entry into force and duration of the agreement 1. Each Contracting Party shall notify the other Contracting Party of the completion of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the last of the two notifications.

  • ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF MOBILITY 2.1 The agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs.

  • Medical and Dental Appointments An employee may attend a medical consultation, receive dental treatment or be absent because of sickness for less than one-half day without reduction of sick leave credits and/or pay.

  • Termination and Survival (a) This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of this Agreement.

  • TERMINATION AND RENEWAL 22.01 The Collective Agreement shall continue in effect until March 31, 2016, and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with Article 22.02 below.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

  • Survival of Provisions After Termination (1) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of Sections 3.2(3), 4.1(5)(b), 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 9.1, 9.2, 10(4), 11.1(2) and 12.2(3), and the definitions and Schedules applicable thereto shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. The definitions and Schedules shall survive only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of Sections 3.2(3), 4.1(5)(b), 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 9.1, 9.2, 10(4), 11.1(2) and 12.2(3) within the meaning of this Settlement Agreement, but for no other purposes. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.

  • Successor Clause Grievances filed during the term of the 2019-2021 Agreement will be processed to completion in accordance with the provisions of the 2019-2021 Agreement.
