ElectriCities and the Participating Members agree that the provisions of this paragraph 4(b) shall apply separately to each joint bid conducted pursuant to this Agreement and that the "Acting Member" may be different for one or more joint bids and that this paragraph shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
