Longer Delays May Apply We may delay your ability to withdraw funds deposited by check into your account an additional number of days for these reasons: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day. • You re-deposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.

Extension After Suspension When a suspension occurs through no fault of PURCHASER, PURCHASER may request an extension of time for performance of this contract, for a period not to exceed the period of operations that were suspended. The request for extension must be in writing and:
Preceptor Pay Any nurse assigned as a preceptor shall receive a premium of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour.
Initial Enrollment Upon retirement, each new retiree who is eligible to enroll in plans under the Health Benefits Program shall receive uninterrupted coverage under the plan in which he or she was enrolled as an active employee, provided the employee submits all necessary applications and other required documentation in a timely fashion.
Plural or Feminine Terms May Apply Whenever the singular or masculine is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural or feminine has been used where the context of the party or parties hereto so requires.
DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION By executing this contract the firm affirms that it is in compliance with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. Part 180 and that neither it, its principals, nor its subcontractors are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency.
