Common use of Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity has determined, in accordance with this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual that the proposed Sub-project satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following:

Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless unless, on the Project Implementing Entity has determined, basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Agreement Part D and the Project Implementation Manual that Manual, the proposed Sub-project satisfies Subproject is deemed to satisfy the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following:

Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the respective District Development Committee, and, subsequently, said technical committee of the Project Implementing Entity has Support and Coordination Unit, have determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Agreement Part C and the Project Implementation Manual Manual, that the proposed Sub-project Subproject satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following:

No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity ARSEL has determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted with AER in accordance with this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual REF Manual, that the proposed Sub-project Subproject satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation REF Manual, which shall include the following:

No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity Communal Council has determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Agreement Part B and the Project Implementation Manual Manual, that the proposed Sub-project Subproject satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following:

No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity has determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Agreement Part E and the Administrative and Financial Manual, the Project Implementation Manual Manual, and the Rural Electrification Fund Manual, that the proposed Sub-project satisfies Subproject and the proposed Beneficiary satisfy the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Administrative and Financial Manual, the Project Implementation Manual, and the Rural Electrification Fund Manual, which shall include the following:

No proposed Subproject Sub-project shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the relevant Project Implementing Entity has determined, in accordance with this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual that the proposed Sub-project satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following:
