Common use of Submission Deadline Clause in Contracts

Submission Deadline. Employees and their dependents taking courses at NJIT are not required to submit grades. Final grades will be obtained by the Human Resources Office through the SIS system. Upon the completion of a course, employees taking courses outside of NJIT are required to submit a transcript of their final grades to the Human Resources Office within 30 days of completion of the course(s). If grades are not submitted, tuition reimbursement will not be processed for the following semester.
