Time Deadlines Sample Clauses

Time Deadlines. Tenant shall use its best, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with the Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the permits, and with Contractor for approval of the "Cost Proposal," as that term is defined in Section 4.2 of this Tenant Work Letter, as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease, and, in that regard, shall meet with Landlord on a scheduled basis to be determined by Landlord, to discuss Tenant's progress in connection with the same. The applicable dates for approval of items, plans and drawings as described in this Section 3, Section 4, below, and in this Tenant Work Letter are set forth and further elaborated upon in Schedule 1 (the "Time Deadlines"), attached hereto. Tenant agrees to comply with the Time Deadlines.

Time Deadlines. Tenant shall use its best efforts to cooperate with Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the Permits, and with Contractor, for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2 below as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease and, in this regard, to the extent Landlord considers such meeting(s) to be reasonably necessary, Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis to discuss Tenant’s progress in connection with the same.
Time Deadlines. The applicable dates for approval of items, plans and drawings as described in this Section 2, Section 3, below, and in this Work Letter are set forth in Attachment 2 (the “Time Deadlines”) attached hereto.

Tenant agrees to utilize commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the Time Deadlines.
Time Deadlines. Tenant shall use its best efforts to cooperate with Landlord and its architect, engineers and other consultants to complete all phases of the Plans, approve the Construction Pricing Proposal and obtain the permits for the Tenant Improvement Work as soon as possible after the execution of this Agreement, and Tenant shall meet with Landlord, in accordance with a schedule determined by Landlord, to discuss the parties’ progress. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall approve the Construction Pricing Proposal pursuant to Section 2.6 above on or before Tenant’s Approval Deadline (defined below). As used in this Suite 475 Work Letter, “Tenant’s Approval Deadline” means December 6, 2011; provided, however, that Tenant’s Approval Deadline shall be extended by one day for each day, if any, by which Tenant’s approval of the Construction Pricing Proposal pursuant to Section 2.6 above is delayed by any failure of Landlord to perform its obligations under this Section 2.

As used in this Extension Work Letter, “Tenant’s Approval Deadline” means the date occurring 90 days after the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement; provided, however, that Tenant’s Approval Deadline shall be extended by one day for each day, if any, by which Tenant’s approval of the Construction Pricing Proposal pursuant to Section 2.6 above is delayed by any failure of Landlord to perform its obligations under this Section 2.

Time Deadlines. Tenant shall cooperate with (i) the Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Working Drawings, the Engineering Drawings and the permitting process, and (ii) the Contractor, for approval of the "Cost Proposal," as that term is defined in Section 2.8, below, in accordance with the dates set forth herein. Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis to discuss Tenant's progress in connection with the same.
