Subclause 26. 10.1 applies to and in respect of an annual holiday (except so much, if any, as has already been taken) whether or not the employee concerned continues to be entitled (apart from this clause) to take it, and so applies as if the employee's right to take it had accrued immediately before the date of termination of the employee's employment.

  • CLAUSE A. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. § 1701u (Section 3).
