Study of Workforce Training Needs. Each Plant Training Committee shall complete a report (Report) of the expected training needs of the workforce over the term of the Agreement, given the Commitments outlined in Paragraph 1 above. Such Report shall include Findings and Recommendations as described below. All relevant and available information to complete the Findings set forth below will be provided to the Plant Training Committee.
