Common use of Student Day Clause in Contracts

Student Day. The Charter School will be open from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The regular school day for student attendance will be at least six and one half (6.5) hours for a full day and at least two and one half (2.5) hours for half-day attendance, with specific opening and closing times dependent upon transportation considerations.

Except in an emergency situation that requires early dismissal, all student attendance days will be a full day.
