Student Career Training. (a) It is not the intent of the Employer to reduce the size of the bargaining unit as a result of work functions performed by students which are contemplated by the curriculum of a course in which they are enrolled. In addition, it is not the intent of the Union to limit the introduction of student career training into the Institute’s curriculum.
