Purchaser shall maintain a clean jobsite, with all materials stored away from the high water xxxx or other area presenting a risk of the materials entering a stream. Debris entering any stream must be removed immediately, and placed in the site(s) designated for stockpiling or disposal. Purchaser shall retrieve all material carried downstream from the jobsite.

The Purchaser is responsible for maintaining a clean jobsite, with all materials stored away from any high water xxxx or other area presenting a risk of the materials entering a stream. Debris entering any stream shall be removed immediately, and placed in the site(s) designated for stockpiling or disposal.   • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,150,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation.
