Structural Units Sample Clauses

The 'Structural Units' clause defines and organizes the main physical or functional components within a project, such as buildings, sections, or systems. It typically outlines how these units are identified, referenced, and treated throughout the contract, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the project's scope and breakdown. By establishing a common framework for discussing and managing different parts of the work, this clause helps prevent confusion and facilitates coordination, ultimately ensuring that responsibilities and deliverables are clearly allocated.
