Structural definition

Structural as herein used means any portion of the Premises or Complex which provides bearing support to any other integral member of the Complex such as, by limitation, the roof structure (trusses, joists, beams), posts, load bearing walls, foundations, girders, floor joists, footings, and other load bearing members constructed by Landlord.
Structural means that portion of the Building which is integral to the integrity of the Building as an existing enclosed unit and shall, in any event, include footings, foundation, outside walls, skeleton, bearing columns and interior bearing walls, floor slabs, roof and roofing system.
Structural as herein used shall mean any portion of the Leased Premises, Building or Common Areas of the Complex which provides bearing support to any other integral member of the Leased Premises, Building or Common Areas of the Complex such as, by limitation, the roof structure (trusses, joists, beams), posts, load bearing walls, foundations, girders, floor joists, footings, and other load bearing members constructed by Landlord.
