STRIKES AND PICKET LINES. (a) It is mutually agreed that there shall be no strike or lockout, whether sympathetic or otherwise, during the term that this Agreement shall be in force, except as provided in the Public Service Labour Relations Act in respect of a dispute arising in the bargaining of a subsidiary collective agreement.
