Strike Lock-out Clause Samples

Strike Lock-out. It is agreed that for the duration of the present agreement, there shall be no strike nor lockout, nor work slow-down, nor total or partial stoppage of work, nor study session. The parties agree not to counsel nor encourage the above mentioned actions.
Strike Lock-out. The Union shall not authorize, sanction, condone, engage in or acquiesce in any strike as defined in Section 447.505, Florida Statutes. During the term of this agreement, the Employer will not lock out any employee.
Strike Lock-out. 22.01 The Company and Union agree that there shall be no lock-out, strike, or interference with work or the operations of the Company during the term of this Agreement.
Strike Lock-out. 14.01 It is agreed in the event of a strike among the employees ofany other firm with which the Employer does business; the Employer will not ask its employees to perform any labour they do not ordinarily perform. 14.02 It is mutually agreed that there shall be no strike, lockout or slowdown whether sympathetic or otherwise during the term that this Agreement shall be in force. 14.03 The Union agrees that during the term ofthis Agreement it will not cause, direct or consent to any slowdown, stoppage ofwork, picketing, strike or walkout on the part ofthe employees represented by the Union nor shall any employee(s) threaten or take part in any such action or any other action which would interfere with the Employer's operations. If any such action should be taken by the employee(s) then the Union will take affirmative measures to prevent the employee(s) from continuing such actions. If any such employee(s) shall take any such action contrary to this Article such employee(s) will be subject to disciplinary action or dismissal by the Employer. 14.04 The Employer agrees that neither it nor any one on its behalfshall threaten a lockout ofany employee(s) and that there will be no lockout ofits employee(s) for the duration ofthis Agreement.

  • NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Collective Agreement. The terms “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

  • NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT 19.01 There will be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement. The Employer has the exclusive right to determine what merchandise will be carried in its store, except that the Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal strike in the plant of a supplier, it will not handle merchandise from such plant, provided however, that merchandise that was on the premises of the Employer or in transit to the Employer's premises at the time such legal strike commenced, will be handled. In the event of strikes, lock-outs or similar problems involving suppliers of goods or service, the Employer and the Union agree to meet and discuss such situation as it involves the parties to this Agreement, to endeavor to solve such problems in the best interest of the Employer, the Union and the employees, to the best of the abilities of the parties.

  • STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS The Contractor shall forthwith notify the Engineer of the commencing of any strike or lock-out and the Engineer on account of any delay caused thereby may, after consultation with the Employer, grant such extension of time as he considers reasonable without prejudice to the right of the Employer to exercise after the expiration of such reasonable extension of time the rights and powers under these Conditions in case of default by the Contractor.   • Lost Keys, Lock Outs The Resident will be responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys (e.g., room key, mailbox key, etc.) at a cost determined by the Manager, to a maximum of $20.00 per key. If the Resident is locked out of the Resident’s Room, the Resident will pay a fee for letting the Resident into the Room, to a maximum of $5.00, or will be provided with a temporary key to be returned immediately after use. Failure to return a temporary card in the time allotted will result in a replacement fee to a maximum of $20.00.
