NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 19.01 There will be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement. The Employer has the exclusive right to determine what merchandise will be carried in its store, except that the Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal strike in the plant of a supplier, it will not handle merchandise from such plant, provided however, that merchandise that was on the premises of the Employer or in transit to the Employer's premises at the time such legal strike commenced, will be handled. In the event of strikes, lock-outs or similar problems involving suppliers of goods or service, the Employer and the Union agree to meet and discuss such situation as it involves the parties to this Agreement, to endeavor to solve such problems in the best interest of the Employer, the Union and the employees, to the best of the abilities of the parties.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 24.01 The Union, during the term of this Collective Agreement, and any employee covered by the said Collective Agreement or on whose behalf it has been entered into shall not go on strike and the Union shall not declare or authorize a strike of any of the employees. The Employer shall not cause the employees to be locked-out during the period of this Collective Agreement.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 5.1 It is agreed that there will be no lock-out or threat thereof and there shall be no strike, slowdown, sitdown or stoppage of or action which will stop or interfere with or slow down production or threat thereof.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. The provisions contained in Article 19 of this Agreement affect all employees covered by this Appendix.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. The Association agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will not cause or encourage its members to engage in any strike or work stoppage. The District agrees it shall not lockout its employees.

NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. 10.1 During the term of this agreement, the Association agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Corporation agrees that there shall be no lock-outs.
NO STRIKE, NO LOCK-OUT. During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes or picketing by the Union or Lockout of Employees by the Employer. It shall be understood by and between both parties to this Agreement that a lawful IATSE picket line, sanctioned by the International President, shall not constitute cause for discipline as defined by this Agreement.
