Common use of Strike - Lock-out Clause in Contracts

Strike - Lock-out. It is agreed that for the duration of the present agreement, there shall be no strike nor lockout, nor work slow-down, nor total or partial stoppage of work, nor study session. The parties agree not to counsel nor encourage the above mentioned actions.
