Common use of Stormwater Clause in Contracts

Stormwater. Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, the Airline acknowledges that certain properties within the Airline Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. The Airline agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Airline Premises or the Airport, and, if applicable, the Airline hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to the Authority, in connection with the Airline’s operations on the Airline Premises, the following:
