Stormwater Report Sample Clauses

The Stormwater Report clause requires the preparation and submission of a detailed report assessing how stormwater will be managed on a property or project site. Typically, this involves evaluating existing drainage conditions, proposing systems for stormwater collection and disposal, and ensuring compliance with local regulations or environmental standards. By mandating such a report, the clause helps prevent flooding, erosion, and water pollution, ensuring that stormwater is handled responsibly and that the project meets regulatory requirements.
