Common use of STOPWORK MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

STOPWORK MEETINGS. ‌ 41.1 Subject to clauses 41.2, 41.3, 41.4 and 41.5 the employer shall allow every employee covered by this agreement (who has nominated TIASA as their bargaining agent) to attend on ordinary pay up to four meetings, for up to a total of 4 hours, with each meeting for a maximum of two hours’ duration, with TIASA in each year. Ratification meetings will be additional to paid meetings

Ratification meetings requested by the employer will be additional to paid meetings.
