STIPEND FOR NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATION. All full-time regular teachers excluding retired or re-employed teachers who has earned National Board Certification shall receive a one time stipend of $500 in addition to any other stipend paid by the State of Ohio.
STIPEND FOR NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATION. Any teacher who earns National Board Certification during his or her employment with the District will be paid a one-time, off schedule, stipend of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
STIPEND FOR NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATION. Teachers who successfully attain and currently have National Teaching Certification from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards shall be credited $750.00 per year.
STIPEND FOR NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATION. All full-time regular teachers excluding retired or re-employed teachers who obtain National Board Certification shall receive a stipend of one percent (1%) of the current base salary, (0 step, Class 1), per school year in addition to any other stipend paid by the State of Ohio.
