Stewards Program. MEA may select a total of six (6) stewards for this Unit. MEA shall give to the City's representative a written list of employees who have been selected as stewards. This list shall be kept current by MEA and submitted to the Assistant Director of Administrative Services/ Human ResourcesHuman Resources Director every six (6) months. Upon entering a work location, the xxxxxxx shall inform the appropriate supervisor of the nature of the business. Permission to leave the job shall be granted promptly to the employee involved unless such absence would cause an undue interruption of work.
