Common use of Step on Promotion Clause in Contracts

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 higher paying classification will be placed into the pay step providing no less than a five percent (5%) 20 increase in the employee’s base hourly rate of pay, consistent with the rules established by KCC

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 11 higher paying classification will be placed into the pay step Step providing no less than at least a five percent (5%) 20 percent 12 increase in the employee’s their base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCCtop pay Step of the higher paying 13 classification.

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 7 higher paying classification will be placed into the pay step providing no less than a five four and one-half 8 percent (54-1/2%) 20 increase in the employee’s his/her base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCCtop pay step of the 9 higher paying classification.

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 5 higher paying classification listed under Addendum A will be placed into the pay step Step providing no 6 less than a five four and one-half percent (54.5%) 20 increase in the employee’s their base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCC7 top pay Step of the higher paying classification.

A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 17 higher paying classification will be placed into the pay step Step providing no less than a five percent (5%) 20 18 percent increase in the employee’s their base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCCtop pay Step of the higher paying 19 classification.

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 16 higher paying classification will be placed into the pay step STEP providing no less than a five percent (5%) 20 increase in the employee’s base hourly rate of pay, consistent with the rules established by KCCfour and one- 18 higher paying classification.

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 16 higher paying classification under this Agreement will be placed into the pay step providing no less 17 than a five four and one-half percent (54-1/2%) 20 increase in the employee’s their base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCCtop 18 pay step of the higher paying classification.

Step on Promotion. A regular employee who is promoted from one classification to a 19 higher 24 paying classification will be placed into the pay step STEP providing no less than a four five and one-half (54- 25 1/2) percent (5%) 20 increase in the employee’s his/hertheir base hourly rate of pay, consistent with pay not to exceed the rules established by KCCtop pay STEP of the higher 26 paying classification.
