Common use of Status of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Status of Agreement. (a) It is expressly understood and agreed that when this Agreement is accepted by the parties and signed by their authorized representatives, it will supersede any and all agreements existing or previously executed between the Company and any Union or individual affecting the crafts or employees covered by this Agreement.
