Statewide Coverage and Network Development. 2-1-1 California is dedicated to supporting the long-term sustainability of the 2-1-1 system in California by establishing service agreements with statewide and regional agencies and organizations. County of Yolo agrees that it is in our mutual best interest to join with 2-1-1 California the other 2-1-1 call centers to create and offer a network of 2-1-1 providers capable of serving the entire state. In seeking to develop a network to support statewide coverage, on behalf of member 2-1-1 providers, 2- 1-1 California sought and received (a) approval from the California Public Utilities Commission to provision 2-1-1 service for counties that do not yet have regular 2-1-1 service for the purpose of providing 2-1-1 service during emergency situations when requested by an affected county, and (b) CPUC designation of 2-1-1 California as the 211 Lead Entity for provision of 211 service in California (including both emergency 2-1-1 service and regular 211 service provided pursuant to CPUC Decision 03-02-029).

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).   • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative.   • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.
