State Administrative Plan (SAP). The delivery of assistance by a State under this section is contingent upon approval of a SAP, which describes the procedures the State will use to deliver Federal Emergency Management Agency § 206.120 assistance under section 408 of the Xxxxxxxx Act, 42 U.S.C. 5174, when a State requests a grant to administer Other Needs assistance. All implemen- tation procedures must be in compli- ance with Federal laws and require- ments, State laws and procedures, and paragraphs (c) and (d) of this section.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Shared Leave Administration A. The calculation of the recipient’s leave value will be in accordance with applicable Office of Financial Management policies, regulations, and procedures. The leave received will be coded as shared leave and be maintained separately from all other leave balances. All paid leave accrued must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.1. Accrued vacation leave and paid military leave allowed under RCW 38.40.060 must be used prior to using shared leave for employees qualified under 13.2 A.2. All paid leave, except sick leave, must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.3 and 13.2 A.4.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Global Agent and Exchange Administrator The Global Agent acts solely as a fiscal agent of Xxxxxxx Mac with respect to the Original Notes (and of the Exchange Administrator with respect to the MAC Notes) and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of an Original Note, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on an Original Note shall be held in trust for the Holder.   • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.

  • Administrative Arrangements 1. The Parties, through their respective competent authorities, shall establish administrative arrangements to implement this Agreement effectively. Such arrangements shall include the procedures necessary for the competent authorities to implement and administer this Agreement.
