Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. The Parties will conduct its business fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner. The Parties shall not engage in any personal, business or investment activity that may be defined as a conflict of interest, whether real or perceived. If a Party has cause to believe that the other Party or any employee or agent of the Party has behaved improperly or unethically under this contract, the Party is encouraged to exert reasonable effort to report such behavior when warranted.

Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. By the acceptance of this Purchase Order, Seller represents that it has not participated in any conduct in connection with this Purchase Order that violates the Raytheon Code of Conduct (available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/ourcompany/ourculture/code/ ) or, alternatively, the equivalent business ethics and conduct standards of Seller. If, at any time, Buyer determines that Seller is in violation of the applicable Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct, Buyer may cancel this Purchase Order upon written notice to Seller and Buyer shall have no further obligation to Seller.

Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. Seller shall conduct its business fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner which ensures that the Quality and Safety of the products provided to the Buyer are not compromised.
