Common use of Standard to Daylight Savings Time Clause in Contracts

Standard to Daylight Savings Time. An employee whose scheduled shift is short one (1) hour due to the change of time may, upon request, work the final hour of the regular shift, use vacation, comp time or other appropriate leave to cover the final hour or use approved leave without pay to cover the final hour.
